These steps are great for small dogs who climb into the furniture and have a hard time getting down. (I know it’s a bad habit, but who can stop these little furballs from jumping everywhere). We got the steps for our Morkie and the bed (I know bad habit) to make it easier for her to get up and down from the bed. She sometimes uses the steps to get down, hopefully she’ll use them all the time to prevent damage to her joints. The steps are sturdy, took a little elbow grease to put together, but otherwise good purchase. The oatmeal cover is washable, we haven’t had to wash it yet, but it looks like good material that wouldn’t change shape after washing.
