Could anyone direct me to a site or please let me know how to build a set of dog steps out of pvc piping?

A reader asked..

I was looking around to buying a set for my chihuahua. I figured since he is small breed, that building a set for him out of pvc wouldn’t be that costly. So,if anyone could help me out. I was looking to spend $30 or less

My sons desperately want a dog. What steps do you recommend our family go through?

A reader asked..

We have a fenced backyard, and this WILL be an outside dog. Our neighbors also have two outside dogs which tend to bark at times. My sons are 9 and 11, and the youngest has wanted a dog since he was FIVE! I loved my dog growing up, and I feel our family is ready to take care of a new “member of the family”. Please share any advice you can on what you feel would be helpful for us as we become a dog owner this year.

Doggie steps for big dogs?

A reader asked..

Our Lucy(Black Lab) has arthritis in one of her hind legs. She used to love to go in the car but now she can’t. Its so sad. I saw this thing called doggy steps but its limited to 70 lbs. Lucy weighs more than that. Is there such a thing as doggy steps for bigger dogs and where could I find it? Thanks

I want to start a shelter for homeless dogs (and cats hopefully) what steps should I take?

A reader asked..

So far, what I have is only the land and the interest. I would like to know if any oif you have worked in a similar project, and if there are any pointers you could give me.

What I have in mind is to feed and restore the dogs (and cats) back to health and try to find them a family. I have about 1 fenced acre with water and electricity but no facilities yet.
