Where is the best place to buy dog supplies?

Before i get a dog i have to find a good place to find supplies such as kennel, bowl, food etc. Thanks for the help! Also please link me to the site.

Go to pets mart or petsco, they usually have evertythin you need.. dont go to walmart…they have crappy stuff nd yea petsamrt and petsco is more expensive but after u have to keep buyin stuff from walmart its worth it to just go to petsmart and pets co
Check your local thrift stores and garage sales for crates. You can usually get them a whole lot cheaper than a chain store.
Check craigslist and freecycle in your area for other supplies.

Cost Plus World Market has some wonderful bowls made for humans, but I use them as food dishes all the time.
I really really hate to shop at the big box stores, but they are cheaper on most things. Things like kennels, brushes, nail clippers, etc. Target sometimes even beats Petsmart and Petco.
Whenever it’s feasible, I use a locally owned pet supply store. It’s owned by people in my town, they don’t sell animals, and they really know their stuff. Having a relationship with these folks really helps out my dog.
I use the local place for food, treats, and even some toys. I also use them for speciality collars. I bought an expensive jacket for my dog there, and it was the best investment. The quality is far above anything you could get at a box store.
Petco is the best but I like Pet Smart as well.

petsmart because they have good sales even better than a grocey store.And in pets mart there are employes who help you get ready for a new puppy.thats where i went when i got both of my puppys who are now healthy dogs.
Try to support your local pet store. One that does not sell dogs or cats, birds and fish are fine.
