Take her to the vet and ask them, they are profetionals. They could have a really good look at your dog, and tell you everything you need to know. Good luck and I hope shes okay.

Some dogs sooner or later suffer from sprains, You are doing good by helping her. Keep an eye and see if it gets better. My dog is 12 1/2 years old and she is being given glucosamine/chondroitin for her inflammation. I also have a harness that i place under her belly to help her go up. My dog is a pampered pet in my house. When it is cold, she does not go out unless we put a coat on her. She is dried and sometimes we blow dry her on the parts that she gets wet when raining. Shepherd mix. Good luck.
