Is She Into Me, Or Was She Just Being Nice?

Okay well, this girl lives on my street, and is in my grade an yea, shes all preppy/polished im all skater type, I’ve talked to her a couple times cuz we are lab partners, and yea obviously i like her a lot.
She was walking her dog and i was like skatboarding off of ramps in my back yard, so her dog saw me and started flipping out, and like ran infront of my ramp while i was going down it so i changed my direction and almost fell so i wouldnt like hit her dog. She like apologized and this is what the conversation was like
Girl: Sorry, are you okay
Me: oh yeah im fine
girl: I havent seen you in class lately, where’ve you been?
me: In school suspension
girl: oh, for what
me: skate boarding in school
girl: you got in trouble for that??
me: yea, so do you have a new lab partner
girl: no, mr.ciano offered, but i guess it was simpler to just get it done.
me: oh sorry, u like have to work alone
girl: no, its fine, we have a project due in a couple weeks though,
me: yea i heard, we can have partners right?
girl: yea, do you have one yet?
me: no, if you dont do you wanna work with me?
girl: yea definitely, whens ur suspension over?
me: Mondays my last day
girl: o so i’ll see you in class tuesday?
me: yea
girl: I’ll let you get back to skateboarding,
me: alright, i’ll call you later?
girl: yea, like 3ish
I think she was just being nice, cuz shes like her…and like shes like wayy too good for me…but she could have left after apologizing… what do you think

I think she was being nice because she was grateful that you avoided hurting her dog. I don’t detect anything in there that says she’s interested in you romantically rather than just thinking you’re a nice person. You do seem to get on well in a friendly way, after all.
That’s not to say there’s no hope, but I wouldn’t base any hopes on that conversation. Sorry.

lol…man, you’re obsessed. She thinks you’re cool and dude, you have to meet up with her for the project. Take your cool and get to know her. She may like you deep down, but this conversation is just friendly,lol. Just relax.

Ok, I think that she is a little into you, but she wants to get to know you better. She is not like ready to go on a date or anything, but maybe talking to her more and getting to know her more will work. Best of luck!

She Might of felt bad for you because of her dog, and because you are in school suspension, but I don’t know you could go up and ask her.

If I was talking like that to another guy it would def mean I’m into him… So I think she may have a little thing for you, but right now she’s not sure. So good luck and just keep acting like YOU =)

Well….it seems as if she wants to be friends and work on the project with you…But I think she started talking to you that day because her dog almost made you fall so she was nice…But there might eb a small chance of her likeing you since she agreed for you to call her at 3….But this might be because she wants to talk about the project

probably just being friendly and then got curious about y u didnt show at school so she started the conversation. if u want her to like u, do some sports besides skateboarding. and if she still dosent like u, maybe she is into smarter guys. dont always try to be the bad ***. sometimes u should try to impresser with ur inteligence and see where that leads u.

It seems like you are looking too deep into a simple conversation. Being that you were her lab partner and haven’t been in class lately, she may have been wondering where you had disappeared to. Most people who are nice will have a friendly conversation after being in a situation where their pets could have caused some harm. Your best bet is to let nature take it’s course and if you really like her, then just tell her and see where it goes from there. Remember, just because someone holds a friendly conversation with you doesn’t mean they wanna be with you, everyone doesn’t have to be mean.
