Is This Harassment??????
okey this is kinda long, so i live in this neighbor hood with this really perfectionist lady named Stella. well almost everyone in the neighborhood hates her. my family had this really nice rv we would use now and then, and it stayed in our driveway for like 18 months, so one day my dad found this ticket from the police saying we had to move it in 48 hours. so we brought it to the storage place, and my mom said she would call the city to see who reported us. it turned out Stella did. so we started o avoid her and then we found out other people in the neighborhood were being reported to. like my moms friend was walking her dog with out a leash , and it went poo on the ground and she picked it up like she was supposed to. then Stella called animal control. then our other friend sam was washing his car with his music on , and Stella called the police because it “disturbed” her. no could hardly hear anything. and it wasn’t 10 o’clock at night yet. (because after 10 you cant have music )on. also our next door neighbor has 3 boys. they had this ramp on their part of the sidewalk and Stella called the police for no reason. and Stella assumes those kids graffitied on the wall because they are always doing stuff like that. my mom says this is harassment, there has been many other incidents like these.

sounds like stella is a miserable lonely person.
I would just file a complaint with the city, or if you live in a neighborhood with a neighborhood management or council I would report her. She seems like a hypochondriac only with the law and what not.
As long as nobody has really gotten into trouble (yet), it is not harassment.
And maybe you should just shove it right back into her face and follow her every move.
Don’t worry about it, eventually your towns police department will see her as “the crazy lady that calls the police for nothing.”
I had a neighbor like that when I was a kid, after a while we all just ignored her and treated her frequent calls to the police as a joke (As did the police)
Yes I do agree it is harrassment. Well let me tell you you should call the police or if you really want to go all the way, then report her for something

because old people tend to do things like that.
like, they are worried about things and they have problems with things that are happening. My grandma calls the cops sometimes too. She called once because her neighbors were getting a new car, and they didn’t have any room, so they had to get rid of the snow on the side of their drive way. so, they snow blowed all of the snow over the fence onto my grandma’s side of the fence. she got really angry, so she called the cops. not a big deal right? they shouldn’t have done that. But. i know what you’re saying. those very little things like you said they shouldn’t be bothered with. assuming something is not really something that needs to be reported. I believe that is harassment. Your mom should talk to the cops.
